Too soon for you to feel anything yet but you should start to feel flutters around 18 to 22 weeks.

I doubt if you're feeling the baby because its only between 8 and 11 mm and that is really small. Most first time moms feel the fluttering around 18 weeks. Second timers feel it a little earlier but whenever you feel it, I'm sure you will agree that its the best feeling in the world. And soon those little flutters will turn into jabs and uppercuts. Congratulations

9 weeks woudl be REALLY early to feel movement, the baby doesnt' even have fully developed arms or legs yet, but anything is possible. I felt my first movements at 15 weeks. May I offer a less appealing idea as to what the flutters might be? Early pregnancy is often accompanied by excess gas, and that might be what you're actually feeling :) But congrats on the pregnancy, and I know that in a few more weeks there will be no mistaking baby movements for gas! :)

ooh I'm 9wks and 4days ... and just after i got to 9weeks i was lying in bed and had the weird feeling like ther was a popcorn in my lower tummy just popping. I didnt have gas or anything like that so I'm assuming maybe baby was stretching. It happened twice since but only when i'm lying in bed. Definitely early as compared to most women ... but then again some women notice when they ovulate while others have no idea ... depends on the person. I'd say if it wasn't followed by gas release, then you probably did feel the baby stretch. Just curious, are you a thin person? Not 100% sure, but i think if you're thin you tend to feel more stuff going on. I'm 105lbs ... I tend to notice every little twich like when an egg gets released, or the little one popping around. My mom is the same way and she's thin too. SO just a theory.

it's not impossible. every woman is different, where the baby is laying, your body type, etc. i felt my first flutter around 9 weeks. it wasn't regular movement, but it was my first flutter. my second came around 13 weeks. to me it felt like a muscle twitch, just deeper inside. as the baby gets bigger it'll start feeling like a fish flopping around or something. i started feeling him regularly around 18 weeks.

With my twins, I could feel something at about 18 weeks, with my singleton, it was about 19 weeks
Be patient! It will come ( wait till the baby gets hiccups - its such a funny feeling!!)
Good luck
