The higher power who dictates these fortune cookie sentences sometimes has a slurred way of talking. Therefore the person who had to type it didn’t get it absolutely right. It is:
The hand that touches this cookie will know a positive change in life soon.
Hey, great, you are a lucky girl!
I know that fortune cookies always spell the truth:
I had one once reading: “If you have a different opinion, don’t hesitate to shut up.” That has always been utterly helpful in my job.

The po was missing from "sitive" It was a typo. The word should have been positive. You will experience a positive change in life soon!! It's too bad that fortune cookies are a load of crap!!

They are trying to say: "The person that touches this cookie will experence a ??? life change." While I can not figure out the meaning of the word "sitive," it is not necessary to understand the meaning of the wise cookie. So, assume this cookie is the result of a bad translation and prepare yourself for some change in your life.

Fortune cookies are made in America for Americans. They have no Eastern Origin at all. Does it really matter what your fortune cookie says?

It was probably meant to say "positive" or sensitive". I wouln't worry about it. Especially since fortune cookies are really not Chinese. They're a Western concoction. They have them because people expect Chinese rerstaurants to have them.

I don't know what "sitive" means, probably something you'll witness in the future. You prodict it, don't let it prodict the future for you. And to be honest, all fortune cookies were made to give people hope. None of them are ever bad fortunes. And we all witness bad luck at times.

Situe, Site both relate to one place, thus 'sitive change' may suggest a move. - Or it could mean that the Hong Kong cookie writer was writing sensitive and stopped for a spoonful of rice?

they probably forgot to add "po" to the "sitive" making it "positive". so you'll experience a good change of fortune soon...although its really not too good to trust fortune cookies.
