In the song, "Crazy" by Gnarls Barkley, does anyone know what the heck he's talking about?! It's driving me up the freaking wall!

He's talking about going crazy, and what it's like inside the mind of a crazy person. When you're "crazy" everything seems perfectly fine to you, and you don't realize that you are crazy. It's an upbeat sounding song, but it has a darker theme like some other Gnarls Barkley songs (like Just A Thought, for example). Some of the lyrics hint at having symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia ("But it wasn't because I didn't know enough/
I just knew too much"). People who suffer from that think they see things much more clearly than other people. The think they're getting special information that other people aren't getting (Like Russel Crowe's character in "Beautiful Minds.")

He's a man who has had probably the most matters he sings approximately performed to him, and recognize he desires a woman he can provide again probably the most equal cure. The music it self isn't unhealthy nevertheless it would had been written higher, in that element its slightly susceptible

lol relax!! i think he's talking to an ex or someone who thinks they have control over him, their memory still have that affect on him, and they know it, but he's trying to get past it.
the end is completely senseless though! lol sorry, can't help you there, but i hope that's a start
