I wouldn't make it a habit for every feeding, but dreamfeeding is fine. Heck, half the time you breastfeed a baby they fall asleep while eating and just keep going.
I actually used this "Dream Feed" technique with my son as a late night feeding to get him to sleep longer with out waking up at night. It worked great and I got to sleep a little more at night. I read about the technique in a book.
Do you primarily feed your baby and is he/she breastfed. If you are the primary feeder you may want to have your husband or significant other feed the baby as well to get your baby used to eating from other people.
Until you baby gets used to eating from others, if you don't think it's the babysitter causing the issue, then I guess it should be fine if she feeds the baby while sleeping, but like I said I don't think it's a good permanant habit to get into.
Another suggestion, perhaps if you called your pediatrician they would have some suggestions how to get your little one to eat when the babysitter tries to feed.

If a baby is sleeping I don't know how you are going to feed it without waking it up..but if it works then do it. Babies eat in the middle of the night anyways and then go back to bed so its pretty much the same thing.

Headaches from your grammar aside, I agree with the person who said to get a new babysitter. Why can't he/she feed your baby? Your baby won't starve itself...it'll eat eventually if you/the babysitter is doing it right...
