"A" is false - should be vSNAREs not bSNAREs. "B" is false, the tSNAREs are on the target membrane (the 't' stands for target) not on the vesicle. "C" and "D" are correct, the tSNARE on the target membrane recognize and bind the vSNAREs on the vesicle membrane. This interaction brings the membranes in close proximity and allows them to fuse together.
