I'm having my first and am 13 weeks right now. I'm not hating this part..I'm actually enjoying it because it makes me actually feel pregnant. I just went out today and bought maternity clothes that fit me at my stage right now but have where the panels stretch so they'll fit me for the next few months. I bought 3 pairs of basic colored pants so I can rotate them around and wear them for work. I also bought 2 pairs of maternity jeans one pair has an adjustable waist. The way I figure is even if they're a little big on me now...I'll be growing into them and the'll fit me better each week.

LOL!!! THAT SUCKS!!!! I was lucky that a good portion of that time for me this time around was in the summer where I could wear shirts (cotton/elastic waisted ones!!).
I did still have some maternity shorts from my first child and I did wear those, as well....and yes, the panels were a little baggy, but a shirt should totally cover the panels...especially this early on.

If you can't fit the normal clothes then just find a 2 maternity blouses and 1 pair of pants and don't worry about it.

I FEEL YOU!! I am so sick of looking chubby!! I want to look pregnant already! What I am doing is wearing my normal pants with a rubber band through the button hole. I still fit into all my shirts, but look like a sausage! I dislike this stage a lot!

low rise jeans worked great for me at this point.and the good thing about them is you can wear them again after you have the baby.this is my 3 pregnancy as well and i know i started wearing maternity clothes pretty early due to being uncomfortable this time.this time in pregnancy is so frusterating i know but in a couple more weeks youll be able to wear maternity.good luck!!

Oh I hated that part of pregnancy..you just feel fat! I wore dresses or the baby doll shirts with jeans and a rubber band so you could leave the top part unbuttoned. Gouchos or cotton skirts are comfy and stretchy.

Have you heard of the Bella Band? You can use it with your current pants and it conceals that they are unbuttoned. You can also use it with maternity clothes to make them stay on. You should check it out. Here's the link: http://www.ingridandisabel.com/

I went and bought a few bigger shirts to get me through this period. Nothing too big but nothing that was fitting. I also borrowed a few from a friend who was slightly bigger then me.

Go to a second hand store and treat yourself to some new clothes in a size or two bigger than you usually wear ;-)
