when you are drunk is it almost like being half asleep? like you do and say things that you normally wouldnt and sometimes you wake up and remember most of it??? and you are like conscious but your not quite there???

Drunk is: You know what is right and wrong, but you do not care. Your Judgement is impaired. Therefore, you will say and do things you may regret.
If you are severely impaired, you may not remember what you did. I, however, remembered most of the things I did while intoxicated.
The fews things I did not remember: Where I placed my wallet when I got out of the car to puke, the girl's name that I fell in love with, calling a buddy of mine at about 3:00 in the morning to tell him how much "I love you, man", and no telling what else that there is no record.

Well, I think most people who said they don't remember what they did when they were drunk or lying. You could be really trashed, but when you are sober, you'll remember a lot and often feel dumb of anything stupid you've done when you were drunk. But yeah, you pretty much feel sleepy at times, get blurry eyed, sometimes throw up, or pee a lot.
