How can you type BELOW the path in Illustrator 9?

I can type above the path using the path type tool, but how can you change the type to fall BELOW the path, without it being upside down or backwards?

Where is the "text-on-path" button? What does it look like??

In Illustrator type some text on a path, than double click the text-on-path button: a box will show up with some options and one of these options is the one you're looking for.
