you can check with the better business bureau at bbb.org and see if theyre a member...taht would be a good place to start.

Never heard of it. Make sure you check the user ratings for the company on sites like bizrate and froogle.

try to find some forums that talk about that. Go to google.com and just type in the name and forum or something like that and see what people have to say about it.
