I would say so. Your estimated due date should be July 19,2007. Sometimes the baby is not fully viewed and usually the first or second U/S is a little off. Try to stop worrying because stress is not good for the baby. Relax and wait till your next U/S.

yes, that seems like a logical amount of time. I would not worry too much, you'll stress yourself out. If you had a misscarriage last time, it does not mean that you will again. I was like this when I miscarried, I worried at every appointment that the heartbeat would not be heard. It was like you, my baby seemed smaller than it should have been, but it was alive. I was happy when my son was finally born. I got pregnant again after he was born, well not right away, he was already over a year old, but with that pregnancy I started to bleed in the 3rd month, I went to the ER right away and they said the baby looked fine. I went to my midwife after that and she said it was all good too. Then in month 6 I had more bleeding, the baby was breech and everything was wrong. I am glad to say that I had a healthy baby girl from that whole mess. She was induced though because of a test they did that she did not score so well on. But she is almost 1o months old now. She is great. So do not worry until the Dr. tells you otherwise, if you are stressed out, then you will stress the baby and end up in micarriage, which is what you are trying to avoid. I hope that I was able to ease your mind a bit. Good luck!

I ran into this, as well. The thing is, these doctors go by your last period as if you were like 28 days to the date, but the thing is not everyone ovulates on day 14 even if they have cycles close to 28 days. For me, I didn't ovulate until like day 16!!! And with this one, it was day 18! So naturally there is going to be a discrepancy is due dates, etc.
However, ultrasounds are usually pretty accurate. I was sent in for an ultrasound after-hours because of some pain I was having. That dumb tech somehow got measurements that were exactly like yours.....something to the tune of nearly two weeks different.
SO.....my OB's office got all freaked out...which freaked me out...and sent me for hcg counts and blah blah. And because you have to wait for a few days in between the blood draws, it was excruciating to wait through that.
Moral of the story: I am now 33 weeks pregnant.
I am not saying that is what is happening with you, as well, BUT...some techs do make mistakes....or something fluke-y has happened.
I am going to guess that you may also be sent for the hcg counts, as well. Just try not to worry until you may be given a reason to.

If you worry you could make things worse. And theres no point in worrying, cause once you see the doctor on tuesday, you will know you had nothing to worry about. The doctor is just double checking everything is still going ok. They did the same to me, and Ive had a great 38 weeks of pregnancy so far. You wont know anything untill Tuesday, but if your doctor was really worried, he will have stressed how important it is to rest and take it easy, etc. sounds to me its just a check, because of what happened last time. But just because it happened before, doesnt mean it will happen again. Try to stay positive. Its your time to have a child now. Wish you all the best of luck, Try not to get yourself worked up with worry.

4 weeks 6 days is practically 5 weeks, ultrasounds are only accurate to a certain point. Usually +/- 5-7 days that early on. So I wouldn't worry. It is pretty close to the margin of error. Plus the egg may have hung around a while before it implanted.
This site *may* be helpful. I do recommend all women read it.

I belive it is too early in your pregnacy to worry. According to my ultra sounds, they were always off of about 3-4 weeks with my 3 children. Don't worry.
