Download WinAMP if your don't have it already,..

... visit http://www.shoutcast.com they use to suck but their quality is much better now. You can do a search any time for music you would like to listen to,.. then click a link and it will play in WinAMP. Once it's playing on WinAMP you can bookmark it on WinAMP and then just click it on WinAMP whenever you want that station/channel to play.

Added: When I'm not sure about a Song and Artist name I search for " Lyrics..." and the lyrics I can remember on Yahoo! Search. Then I go over to http://www.youtube.com and watch a video there of the song results to see which one is correct. It's currently the only free way I know to do things without getting viruses or doing something illegal. [You are describeing exactly what I use to use Napster for when it was completely free,.. no strings attached. Then when I located what I wanted I researched for Albums and could go buy the Album I wanted.]

Added2: Usually song list are the top 10 per week or (at most) the top 100 per Year. If it is neither it may not be of any help to you to look through list. Can you remember any Lyrics or anything unusual?

Added3: Congrats! :3
