No doubt juelz santana, he has had so many classic mixtapes, and has done really good in the mainstream just look at his last cd, he had 2 big hits. Everybody is gettin him to do songs with them like chris brown and the new cd that he is doing with lil wayne is going to be really good.

I like Juelz the best by far.
Jim Jones can't rap although as a producer he's fire.
Cam is corny
JR Writer hasn't released enough for me to judge or I should say I ain't heard enough of his stuff...although I like "I got em'- diss

I think its JL Writer, then Jim Jones, and Juelz Santana. Camron has tight beats but his lyrics are wack!
