Create a story for yourself. It is a way you can explore things that you would like to do in real life but are afraid, don't have time/$ etc. Think about yourself skydiving or going to a Hollywood premier or something. It will help you wind down and you will have sweeter dreams!

Have an OBE and take a little ride away from your body and go visit. I do it all the time and the University in Sanfrancisco wanted to evaluate me and I turned them down.
I do phenomneal things and have witnessred phenomenal things...read my blog

Well, first I try a relaxation techniqe and then if that doesn't work, then sex. That will put me to sleep (after it's done!) when nothing else will because I'm so relaxed.
