Usually double wide mobile homes have package units installed with them...but you can also have split systems too, as well as heat pumps......either way,all types do generally work very well.

Usually they come with what is called a package unit. The air handler and outdoor unit are one complete unit that sits outside and is ducted into the mobile home.
