Sure..think of an issue at your school...like maybe parking issues, or graffiti in the bathrooms, or whatever and use that. Persuade people as to why your idea for change should be followed.
Here's some more (not sure if you're in high school, or college or what, but..)
Persuade people as to why standardized testing should/should not be used in public schools.
Persuade people as to why marijuana should/should not be legalized
Persaude people into believing your ideas on the death penalty and why.
Persaude people into believing that celebries have too much/not enough effect on young people today.
Persuade people into believing that music does/does not influence violent behavior.
Hope that helped.

A good idea for any persuasive speech would be to find plenty of solid, positive facts to support the idea you're expressing. Try to stay away from the negatives; that's gonna weaken your point. Also make sure to sound confident and sure of what you're saying when you speak; talking in a weak and humble voice isn't gonna convince anyone. Try using hand gestures as well to express strong points of your speech, since we all know that having visuals to support what you're talking about makes things much more simple to understand. Finally, I'd recommend considering who this message you're gonna send out is going to. Like for instance, if it's going to little kids, you might wanna avoid big, boring words. Keep it interesting.

AGAIN (not you but in general)
can you be more specific, just a little?
Do you need an idea for a 'persuasive' speech?
try: Encourage people to be more Ecologically minded, 'Reduce, reuse, and recycle' focus on the fact Reducing is most important, reusing is second and recycling third.
or
Do you need to make an 'informative' speech on the subject of 'persuasion'?
You could examine the effects of advertising to get people to buy a certain product, like 'to switch phone companies'

You're doing a speech ON persuasion? Or are you doing a persuasive speech?
If it's the former, there are many good references to review. One I'd suggest is called On Bullsh*t. It's short and interesting and available here:

I would suggest doing one on staying in school. The advantages and disadvantages of it. Or on gangs, why you should not join them. The importance of reading. That is about all I can think of now.
