The question is, would they want to?
There's no one at the border keeping them out *because* of colour or the lack thereof.

I do not know but I met some visitors from Africa and India when I travelled in Eastern Europe and we were happy to see4 each other. Natives were quite friendly and respectful and I from Africa had a good impression of that holiday and the people I met.

Hungary, where I live, has a sizeable minority Roma population. They are downtrodden and underpriviliged and this seems to be condoned by the white majority. They are originally from India MANY generations ago.
There is also a significant Chinese population in Budapest.
I rarely see black African or Afro-Caribbean people here, though I do work with an African American guy who's cool.

Yes they do. There are numerous nationalities over the old soviet union.... Russia covers Europe to Asia... But many African nations were communist and had people educated in Russia and Ukraine. Unfortunately, racial prejudice is quite high... and people with black or Arabic skin types are often treated quite rudely... How do I know... I lived and worked there... I saw the prejudice with my own eyes

yes.but most of them are going for studying.they dont go there as job seekers.for that reason they are few if you compare them to westren europe.i did my school in romania and i want to tell you that the country has a grate nature and the people are friendly there.but after i finshed school i left the country because its difficult to apply for a job with a good income there.
my advice to you is to go there (i mean eastren europe)and check it out.i think you will enjoy it specially night life :)

What a dumb question. Of course they don't. they all moved here to the United Kingdom. All we need to do Is run over to their country(s) shut the doors and rule as we have always done. And we'll leave blair to sit in his own stinking pisspool.

yeah the incredible hunk lives there, so does red riding hood and snow white does not mind one tiny bit
