Yes, it was horrible. Your doctor can give you something stronger than the over the counter stuff. It works better than tums. Ask him for a prescription. I don't recall the name of what he gave me though.
It could also be a sign that things will happen soon...like labour.
Try to sleep half sitting up. (I know that isn't really comfortable right now but fully reclining always seemed to make things worse.)
Hope you feel better soon!

Oh, I know what you're going through. The less room there was in my stomach, the more it seemed to make me queasy. I used to get up 3-4 times a week to throw up at night in the last 5 or 6 weeks. I had to keep a supply of Tums right next to the bed, and take them constantly all night long. Sometimes drinking a glass of milk helps, but don't drink it ice cold... nuke it for about 15 seconds just to take the icy chill off.
I've been through this with 3 pregnancies... good luck to you.

They usually say that heartburn while pregnant means the kid will have a lot of hair. who knows.
Call the doc. You can even call the pharmacist. I think you can take Bonine or dramamine for it. Not sure. You might also take baking soda and water. For the most part that is only salt. It's on the side of the box how to make it.

Yes yes yes!! Bless your heart. I know what you are feeling. I had no nausea with my 2nd pregnancy, but I did with my first. But the heartburn was awful!! I gained so little weight with baby #1. and I had a small baby.(6lbs) With my 2nd I gained 40lbs!! The baby was almost 10lbs!! It subsided after I gave birth. Hang in there and best of luck dear.

yes, the heartburn the last two months of my pregnancy was absolutely terrible. take an over the counter medicine such as zantac. or call your ob and have them prescribe you something. don't suffer through it. it will all be over with as soon as you give birth.

It isn't unusual. Try taking calcium carbonate (tums), eat smaller meals and papaya extract is supposed to help.
Lots of women have more stomach troubles at the end. Don't worry you and your baby will be fine.
Congrats

Yes it is normal, I used to be that way when I would try and turn in for the night. I would vomit and then be okay about 15 minutes later.

It happened to me when I was pregnant too. But I think at the time I also had a stomach virus. It was coming out both ways.
