this boy i know we went out and he acts weird now that i borke it off with him and he dos not act normal around me. should i have gone out with him or should i be wishing to go back into the past and said no to him?

This is because he now feels as though he is not good enough to be with you. It is the rejection part that is making him act wierd. Maybe over time things will go back to regular. I would not regret it though, it was a choice you made, so just give it time and see what happens.
