First of all never ever or let any body else make, you that you are ugly. Beauty is only skin deep. And something simple as acne can and will go away. Do not use no other soap other then dove. Just the plain bar. And take regular oatmeal but some warm water in and do a facial about every other night. You can purchase some proactive its for acne not sure how much it cost.

There are many solutions to acne. Diet can also have a lot to do with it. Eating certain foods make your skin more oily and cause you to break out more. Getting rid of acne isn't an easy task either. You might want to try different over the counter things first like Neutrogena or even Oxy or Stridex. If your acne does not start to get better in a couple of weeks to a month, you might want to see a dermatologist to see if they have any solutions for you. It takes time and patience. Just stick with it. It will get better.

Acne does not make you ugly. Whoever told you that is a lying ***. Am sure your gorgeous. About your acne...I have some too well i have the red marks left over by acne. I got rid of the spots themselves with Zinereyt..ask your doctor to prescribe you some. I also used Neutrogena Oil free wash morning and night.
Once a week exfoliate your face with a facial brush with your cleanser on it.
If your acne is severe get antibiotics from your doctor. In the mean time to hid your acne a bit use mineral make up. It will not aggravate your acne it is completely natural makeup with sun protection and you use a tiny bit for your whole face.
Go to everydayminerals.com for free samples that last ages.

Nothing advertised on TV works, they're just trying to rip off teenagers. Acne and spots come from the inside, from hormonal imbalance and bad eating habits. Face washes do absolutely zero on their own. Why do you think Cameron Diaz with all her cash still has zits all over? If Jessica Simpson ever had a spot in her life she just slapped make up on it.

Acne is normal at your age, it sucks but there you go. Eat lots of fruit and veg, drink 2 l of water a day, and DON'T eat any fried, fatty, and fast food.
Keep your face clean but don't scrub it, you'll irritate the spots more. Only use cotton buds and astringent cleansing lotion.
At least they're spots and not wrinkles.

You aren't ugly! You just have acne. Don't let anyone tell you it's from what you eat, that's just a myth. Proactive worked for me. I know it's expensive, but I only had to use it every other day. You can't have unreal expectations on what and how fast an over the counter product will work. 2 days isn't going to get it, ya know. See if your parents can take you to a Dr. about it, if it's real bad. You just keep being you and it will all work out. This usually gets better as you get older.

gosh people are so mean..criticizing you for spelling acne wrong. no biggie.. anyways, I'm not much older than you and i went through the same thing. your not ugly number one: you just have acne problems. there are alot of ways to help you out. if you want to do something right from home..use toothpaste before you go to sleep. the toothpaste dries it out. then in the morning, run it with olive oil for smoothness. if your home alone somethimes: evaporated milk and a little water and sugar help. and a yogurt face mask :)
as for you breaking out after using the stuff from bath&body works, maybe your allergic. dont use it again. some good store bought items are Kiehl's roeswater facial freshness toner::that works wonders :) even if its sorta hard to find. also just browse your local drug store. most of the acne reducers are all the same: depending on the brand.
good luck!!

First you need to know that it is probably your body chemicals changing. Puberty sucks, but it will go away. Try pro active solution. You can even buy it at the store now, (it used to be a mail order thing.) And dont scrub too hard, that will make things worse. If it is really bad, you can see a doc, who can give you a prescription. Another great thing is this new clear light machine. I get it for my daughter, and it works wonders. It is pretty expensive, but worth it. Find a medical spa or dermitoligist in your area who does it. You just go in and they shine this special kind of light on your skin. I dont know how it works, but it is awesome.

I used to have very slight acne in high school, and I wanted to try doing something about it. I went to a dermatologist and he gave me three things to take, I ended up just taking two, and it cleared me up perfectly, within a couple months, I don't take anything anymore and my face is clear as can be. Ammoxicilian, differn gel, and karlon I believe were the 3. Definitely recommend you try getting an appointment with a dermatologist, they know what works. All those cremes and 3 steps acne solutions are a load of crap. lol Hope that helps ya.

I sell Mary Kay, and a friend of mine who had very bad acne problems tried the Mary Kay Velocity products, designed for teenage skin. My friend said it was the only thing that ever made her acne clear up. The best thing to do is make sure to take good care of your skin. Wash it and moisturize it every morning and evening. There are also several products designed for blemish prone skin like yours. Check it out on my website, and feel free to e-mail me with any questions. I can also help you find a consultant in your area, it doesn't have to be me.
