A wigga is more than just a white person acting like a black person its an attitude a white person adopts when he/she is acting like a black person that earns the tag wigga personally i would be offended by it if I were black.

Wigga is like saying N igga
Wigger is like saying N igger
The only difference is that a Wigga or Wigger is a white person thats interested in Hip Hop,Rap & R&B that type of music is usually accuired by black people or hispanics. Since they are white they fall out of place & are called Wiggers for being interested in that sertain culture. Theres no such thing as trying to be black. People cant just say Oh they're trying to be black. Thats ridiculous, you might be interested in that culture but that doesn't mean you would like to be a different race.
It's like if a black person is interested in Swing & dresses the apparel this doesn't mean he wants to be white. It just means he likes the music & culture that is sung by whites.
Thats just generalizing. I hope I was some of help.

wigga is a white person who trys to portray black streotypes. Ghetto, thug attitude, street slang. the word should be offensive to white and black no matter how it's said because it's saying a white n igga; n igger. I think the word ni gga said by white or black is offensive no matter how it's said.
