I did a report in school compairing those to cars. Even tho is close and hard to decide on what car to get, the impreza is a slighty better car in many different departs. The evo is a very nice car done get me wrong but it lacks so many nice things. I am a mitsubishi fan but the evo rides rough and the subaru doesnt, the subaru has a bit more power and is also a bit faster. The evo gives a unforgiving ride over the highway and the impreza is much nicer with softer seats and once agian a better suspension. Any questions just ask.

YuKi is pretty much right on. But that's only if you mean the STI. If you mean the Impreza 2.5 or the WRX then you definetly go EVO. If you're thinking between STI and EVO then tough call.

The STI is quicker, softer ride, more of an everyday driver, more luxuries than the EVO.

The EVO handles way better and is cheaper.

In terms of modding, both cars have a crap load of aftermarket suppliers. But I think it's easier to make an EVO just as fast as an STI but much harder to make a STI handle like an EVO.

I don't understand the question, how can suburu compare with the hot mitsubishi? Have you seen the 2008 Evo? Nothing can beat the looks. That's something to show the babes!

Evo is way better than Impreza...Some people say Impreza looks better, but I dont think u r thinking about the shape of the car...This is about fun and the speed...In that case Evo is miles ahead of Subaru...Its clear....!!!

Depends ,if its the new style impreza, then NO! if its one of the 2 door import models then Impreza, otherwise I'd go EVO

The older EVO styles were so much better in looks

EVO.
My cousin races often in the streets of Athens and usually takes me with him. I've seen several IMPREZAs gettin' their butts kicked by all sorts of cars (even civic type-Rs and ford focus STs).
I must admit that maybe the Impreza drivers in Greece are not too skillful but you never know for sure.
My cousin would also go for the EVO!

Both cars are good choices but i wouldnt get neither if i were you. Choose a car that absolutely no one has it. Or just a car that is rare to see fixed up. I own a '95 Mitsubishi 3000GT and most of my friends have hondas. I've seen a lot of evos and sti's around. There are thousands and thousands of hondas all over the dc area. In a few years the same thing will happen with the evos and sti's. Find yourself a good car that others arent most likely to own. For instance you can get a SVT Focus whichis pretty fast.

Hi will,

Out the 2 i would say evo.
There is more choice,and are highly tunable. More so than Scoobys. The Evo 3,and 4 and 7 are the best and both put out serious power, but if you want serious power, go Skyline.
You can either have a GTR, GTRvspec, or what i have and enjoy GTST a rear wheel drive beast........

i'd say there are too many impreza's around lately but if i had the choice i'd still go for the scooby above the evo
