u can get a job as a game tester, thats a real job so u get payed or play a populer game till ur really rich or strong and then sell ur acount on e-bay or soemthing for cash

You could try to get a job being a video game reviewer. You could also be a Quality Assurance guy at a video game company. There are more career opportunities for the video game field nowadays. Both Video game review and Quality Assurance guys for video game companies can work extremely long hour sometimes up to 70 hours in a week, so you might have to weigh that in. I'm thinking though that most people that want to play games for a living wouldn't mind playing them for 70 hours a week, hell many of them already do.

If you live in the Redwood City area (California) EA is hiring people to do testing right now. Saw that somewhere. Read up on game testing prior to an interview so you know what to expect. There are alot of terms n such in any form of softwre testing that you need to know. This is a good way to get paid to play... but you have to be detail oriented and critical in a good way.
