Is there a special airport pass in Changi Airport that allows access to transit area w/o a boarding ticket?

I don't know if there's such a thing, but where can i get an airport pass in Changi Airport?

Say, I just want to get into the transit area for a while and I'm not flying off to anywhere.

Do they sell such passes?

Yes there is. It located in the pass exchange centre. But they only grant pass to special people like the government sector.
For example they needed to fetch someone important they can submit the application at the exchange office and they will be issue a pass.
Else you can try working in the airport. Those selling cosmetic have those passes.

u can try asking the info counter. I ever saw this counter at the basement. They are the ones that help to arrange for special passes if you want to go into the transit area. But I think that is specially for actors/actresses who wants to film their show in the area.

The access is only for staff or for vendors and contractors to the shops and eateries in the Transit Area. Dat's area 'B'.

You cannot access that area without aboarding pass or for lesiure.
