Yes they do everything that MacDonalds sell here in the U.S they sell in India i don't know about some parts but in New Delhi India yeah.

Why do you want to eat same Big Macs in India that you are eating for a long time. India is rich in food and flavors and offers and very good food. Try some Indian dishes and i m sure once u taste them you will forget this Big Mac.

this is off subject, but i just went on that site that mentioned earlier,

and on the bottom theres a button for home delievery! holy crap im moving to india, there is nothing more i want than me relaxing at home and mcdonalds comming home to me!

Yes they do, they make them out of Lamb, since cattle are sacred in India.
