Most likely you and the baby are fine.

That baby is inside a nice cushy bag of water, it probably didnt notice a thing lol.

I fell down brick steps while 8 months pregnant and landed hard on my belly, my daughter was just fine.

that amniotic fluid protects them more than we realize.

If you are absolutely worried, then go to your nearest free clinic.

Everything is probably fine. I was seven months pregnant and fell down three stairs right after getting home from my ob appointment. I called right away and all they were concerned with was wiether I was bleeding or not. I was not so they said she would be fine but with in the next 24 hours if I saw any blood then to emideantly get to the hospital. This is all they will tell you as well. As long as you aren't bleeding then you should be fine. Be careful; and you did the right thing by catching yourself with your hands and knees instead of falling on you tummy. Good Luck and the best of wishes. If you feel really concerned then hit the local er and let them know that you fell and you don't ahve an ob doc yet. They will check you out an dmake suer the baby is fine.

I'd say just wait it out, if you can't go to the doctor. It sounds like this is your first baby. I am on my second and my son sometimes accidentally jumps on me and everything. The baby is in a very thick uterus and if you aren't very skinny, then you also have that fat around your tummy that will also help insulate the baby. If you dont' start bleeding I wouldn't worry about anything. If I were you and I am very paranoid mind you, I'd buy one of those monitors myself. They sell the monitors you put on your belly and you put the earphones on and you can hear the baby's heart beat and that might reassure you. You are probably ok if you aren't bleeding, just calm down and relax because if something bad happened, God forbid, there is probably nothign the doctor can do anyway. Dont' worry now though, you didn't even land on your belly. I got paranoid this pregnancy just because of a cold. But this baby is fine...kicks and stuff. and like i said my son sometimes jumps on me and lands on my belly every once in a while.....i tighten up before that though and try to cover but everythign is ok

Antibiotics or medicine of any sort can render the pill ineffective. They should have told you that when you got the prescription filled. So basically, yes it's very possible for you to get pregnant. Since I don't know what you're taking I can't tell you for sure your chances. Just keep taking your antibiotics for the uti and talk to your doctor about the pill (and keep taking the pill too of course). Good luck.

You might have to go to the emergency room just to make sure. I know it will cost a lot but is better to be safe. Are you having any cramping or bleeding? I would even call your doctor and tell them what happened and your insurance situation. They will tell you what you need to do or watch for.

Go to the doctor anyway.

You havent been yet and you just found out your are pregnant?
Being a responsible parent starts NOW. You need to see a doctor to chart your progress etc from the day you think you are until the end.

Go, you dont have a choice.

As long as there is no bleeding, I think you should be ok but if you are in intense pain you should go to the emergency room.
