Although you may hear it a lot it is not "all timers" it is pronounced, "all-zy-mers"

all (like "all of us") + zie (like "chocolate pie" but with a z) + mers (like the "mers" in "transformers" or "murmurs")

The emphasis is on the "all" (first syllable).
