2 years of being good friendsa nd my best guy friend likes me and asked me out in 6pd. i told him no becuase i think of him as only a friend. 3 weeks later he gives me a note that is all pretty and he says he really likes me what should i do?

If you only like him as a friend don't screw it up by trying to make it into more. He'll only end up getting more hurt when it doesn't work out. Make it clear that you really care about him as friend and you don't what to ruin that by getting into a relationship.
Then talk to him about finding a girl that would be better for him. You can make it like a fun friend project to hook him up with someone else. This will get the puppy love focus off of you and onto some other crush possibility. Good Luck.
