Check out who owns the web site.
If a company doesn't display address and phone number information don't do business with them.
Yahoo, MSN and Google might get away with no contact info because they are brands, but smaller sites MUST have clear contact info to insure legitimacy.

do a reverse lookup you should be able to find it you can look on yahho, google,aol, lycos etc..
