I'm in college, and I'm taking genetics. All the students (and my prof) says the test questions just come from an online question bank. What is that, and is that something I can use to study? (Or is that considered cheating?) Even if I can't use the one that my prof uses, is there a site I can go to that has practice questions for my BIO 2306 (pre-med genetics) class? Thanks!

Go to www.google.com and type in genetics. You should get something there. If not try www.studybuddy.com. Good Luck.

Yes I do & love it. But my bank's in the U.S. Be really careful though of the ones that make special offers. Often too much is charged for other things. There was one offering $50. to move or open up a new account. But cs was crappy. It was difficult to impossible to contest bogus charges & fees. Debit cards had charges. I had considered going there until a friend did & lost everything, literally. She wrote a post dated check, that the co. deposited before due, the bank cashed it, then charged her for insufficient funds & collected fees for both them & the co. Since she had direct deposit they took her next paycheck & most of another to pay it all off. It went down on her credit report & raised interest on her mortgage. It was a mess that she's still fighting 6 months later. With mine I can view everything online or by an 800 number. There's a 24 hr. number to call for fraud or a bill dispute & they actually work with me to avoid fees, a free to use debit card, plus a bunch of other stuff & it's all free. I also use paypal online. You can also view all your transactions & even the details online. I like it because I can use a debit card to get money in my account immediately (though a small charge) or have the money transferred to my bank or mailed, pay most businesses w/o giving out my card number online & now they let you have a virtual credit card for those businesses that don't accept paypal. They also can debit or charge your bank account rather than just your credit card. Most services are free or a small charge. I've been using them since the first week they started and they keep getting better. But the combo of both give me more options and security when online.

Technically, it's cheating, but your professor seems dumb if she's pulling questions from a public source that students can access (not to mention the fact she's not writing her own questions)
