Each position is given a number. 1 for pitcher, 2 for catcher, 3 for 1B, 4 for 2B, 5 for 3B, 6 for SS, 7 for LF, 8 for CF, 9 for RF. Then, you score an out based on who produced it (8 for a flyball caught by CF, 5-3 for groundball that 3rd baseman threw to 1st baseman for the out). Hope that helps.

Very simply put, each position is represented by a number 1-9. So, a ball batted to the second baseman and thrown to the first basemen in time is a 4-3 out. Pick up a score book, it will explain in detail.

Well, each person who crosses homeplate and is recorded safe...then that counts as a run or a "point". If some one hits a homerun then that is recorded as a run. Just as long you aren't called out on homeplate.....you are counted as a run for ur team. I hope i didnt confuse you

baseball scors in runs not points runs.
ex. if there is a person on third base and then the hitter hits a base hit and the person on third base runs home then that is a run
I HOPE THIS HELP YOU GET IT MORE AND LEARN A BIT MORE ABOUT BASEBALL THEN YOU HAVE.
