I am wanting to apply for a position that does a background check for the last 15 years and wants to know EVERY job I have held in that time period. I had several jobs in different fields as a college student and I honestly don't think I can remember the exact dates, length of time of every job I held while I was in school and only working part-time, ect. I can't just selectively edit because if I miss a job I previously held, I would be automatically disqualified.

There are employment verification firms that will do this for you for a fee, but I would suggest contacting your State's unemployment office. I don't know how far back they'll give you, but they definitely have all that info for you.
