When will a first-class letter sent from New York 12/05 arrive in Phx AZ?

I tried to edit the question, couldn't - so I'll add details. Letter was sent 12/05/2006 - as I guess it wasn't obvious that I sent the letter this YEAR. Thanks!!

If you actually mailed it 12/05 and it hasn't arrived yet, it's lost!

If you mailed it 12/06, it should arrive by Saturday, 12/09/06, or Monday, 12/11/06.
