WHY IS JORDAN NEVER ON ANY TEAMS IN VIDEO GAMES??????

I believe he has some sort of deal because he had his name used in his own game and therefore the NBA cannot use his name in other games.

Because Jordan had a big enough franchise in his own name. He is not represented by the NBA players Association. EA and other video game companies will sign a contract with the NBA players association to use players names and likenesses, however, some athletes work independently, such as Jordan. It would cost EA too much money to sign a seperate contract to use Jordan's name and likeness.
