I'm so sorry for your loss. God bless you and keep you. I think that may have had more to do with destiny than hearing the heartbeat. All things happen for a reason, even in situations like this. I hope you will find the strength and courage to try again.

hi - this happened to me with my first pregnancy and almost my 4th. The reason was low progesterone levels. I lost the first one, but had a much better doctor for the 4th one and was put on progesterone pills which sustained the pregnancy. My daughter's now 12 :-). If you get pregnant again, and feel the same way as this one, get your hormone levels tested. But, you need a good - modern doctor to do it. Most are too lazy. hope that helps.

reasons for miscarriage are often: toxoplasmosis (have a blood test, and make sure you get treatment if you have it-it is usually gotten by eating not well cooked meat), stress and anxiety, over-tiredness, inomyomas, or any factor you can't predict. Don't worry, many women miscarry before they actually have a baby, my mum did but here I am! You'll have another baby.

i'm so sorry for your loss.....
there could be a multitude of reasons... like i miscarried after being exposed to flea killing stuff.......
ask your doctor if he/she knows the reason...
it could be low progesterone too...
so many reasons...
