to people talking on their cell phone while driving? Or people otherwise doing everything but paying attention (makeup, eating, shaving - really!, reading!!)

lol-there are some seriously bad drivers out there. there are kids playing everywhere in my area but you always see people driving and on their phones not bothering to keep their eyes on the road...a few months back I saw a woman smoking and chatting on her phone while she was driving, not a bother on her!...Ireland has penalty points for that kinda thing now-I think if you get 10 you get your license taken off you...

Yes, they should be paying attention to the road, who knows when something unexpected is going to happen. When I took drivers ed a few years ago. I was in the backseat and we passed a guy reading a bible while driving.

yes i would give a ticket for disorderly conduct to someone for stinkin up the bathroom and one for indecent exposure to someone who is fat in a belly shirt that says "hottie" lol
