Separate password?

I have 4 addresses under my domain. I'd like do have my employee use one of my addresses. How do I create a separate password for that address?

Your server email program should provide a way for each user of the email account to change the passwords. Your admin account should have a way to create and control the accounts as well as passwords.

if you are talking about ftp in a website you just password protect the folder from your cpanel
