Not really I think the closest people come to purple eyes is dark blue. I suppose if you look at some eyes in different lightings they look violet.

Yes they can. It is very rare, but it is more of a blue/purple. It is not really purple like the fake contact lenses look like.

no, this is not geneticlly possible. people only have 4 colors. blue, green, brown, and albino red. people can have different shades but not any other color than those. it is all based around those colors by genetic laws of science.
