I would have to say the most overrated rapper would be Flavor Flav, he had like one record, and one hit off of that record.

I agree with underated, well not so much with Master P he never talks about anything to me, but Juve is soo underated, and I think common, and Mos Def, and those kind are looked over
Overated I agree Fat Joe another one that don't talk much about nothing, I think Jay Z is becoming overated because his new album truly didn't show his best,
