Part of your question is true, if a fighter pilot ejects a certin number of times then that's it for him flying fighter jet planes, I cannot remember exactly how many but it is less than 10, I feel it is either 3 or 6 times.
It does compress their spine, it doesn't stop them from flying, it just stops them from flying the fast jets.

I have no idea, but I'm sure if a pilot had already ejected 3 times, and found himself in a postion where he had to eject a forth time, I don't think he'd think,
"Opps, I've already ejected 3 times, better stay in my plane until in hits the ground, just to be on the safe side."

If you have to eject that many times, that raises questions about your skill as a pilot more then it does about the condition of your spine.

No it dosent matter unless your doing it three times a day.
When you eject you got to be ready for it it well kink your back and its like having a vertabra out of order. This once you do eject and you land you may be in enemy territory and difficult to walk. It happen to me a couple of times not only painful you feel like a idiot on speaking to your enemies that you want to kick their butt but your back aches, so one negotiates and walks on by.

3TIMES! You'd have to be one unlucky pilot to have ejected 3 times
To answer your question, sorry I don't know.
