okay my dad bout a new car ... so he gave hes old car witch is Mazda 97 4 doors. 6 slanders.... block.. I want to do same customize.. and I want to tint the car too.... what is the legal tint. I can do.... and kinda of customize I have to .. and Oslo the car start shaking when I put it on D..... I know I have I lot of work to do.. but we really didn't wanna sell it....

I think the darkest you can go for tint is15% you can find out from the tint shop when you take it in to get done. The vibration you feel when you put the car in drive could be caused by the engine mount rubbers been worn down. Very easy to fix not expensive at all. Your dad looked after that car so you probably are way better off than getting a car from a stranger. Good luck with customizing your ride. Apply to pimp up my ride and see what they say?

Seriously - call you local police department and ask for the state laws regarding tinting. They will tell you the maximum allowed. Don't go by what a salesperson says at the store - in my state, you can buy the darkest tint legally, but to put greater than 15% on your vehicle is not legal.

Before you get it tinted, make sure you get a full tune up...if it doens't run, it doesn't matter if it looks good or not. Have a mechanic run a full diagnostic on it and trouble shoot any problems.
how dark you can go on the car will depend on what state you are in, there are different laws for different states...check with a couple of different tint shops on pricing and your local laws.

first bring it to a car shop and tell them you need a full tune up, this will cost anywhere from $300-$500.
For window tint go to an audio shop and ask them to tint your windows. if you can see thro the tint it is legal

i have 15% tint on my truck and i havent had any trouble with it and its pretty dark. and the car is shaking because it most likely needs a new engine mount.
