Which diploma don't you have? High school or College? If it's H.S., I suggest that you get either your G.E.D. or return to school. You could always get a job in retail for now, although a lot of stores are requiring you to be 18+, so if you are, you're in luck. But while you're working, you should put time aside to study or enroll in a course to help you get your G.E.D. At the minimum, you should have a HS diploma or equivilent.

If all you're missing is your college diploma, there are other options out there if you're not a school-type person. You can take real estate courses and become a realtor. You can usually take them through a real estate company such as ReMax or Weichart. Pass your license exam and you're all set to go. It's a great business, but you will have to put in a lot of time and energy to get off the ground and build your database.
