A better bet would be to join NORML, go to www.norml.org join, make a donation and have a real impact on the legislative processes that keep marijuana illegal.

People who jump on spelling and punctuation are only showing their true ignorance, you can't truly listen when all you do is try to pick out people's errors. Didn't anyone ever tell you not to correct someone else's grammar, it shows your not listening, your only trying to criticize. I thought this was Yahoo Answers, not Yahoo Criticism.

You people make me sick who think recreational cannabis use = drooling, couch riding, jobless loser. Just shows how blind you really are to the world in which you live. Reefer has been smoked for thousands of years and has played an important role in many evevnts throughout history.

Like Bill Hicks said, if you think pot/drugs are bad, do me a favor, go home and take all your records, tapes and cd's, paintings,sculptures and any other works of art and throw them in the garbage, all that art, all that wonderful music that has inspired you and brought you happieness and peace over the years, yeah ......all those artists who made them....rrrrreeeeeeaaaallllllly high when they made it.

Not to mention that medical marijuana has been shown to be an effective legitimate treatment for a variety of medical disorders and conditions. i hope no one on here is insensitive and ignorant enough to think cancer pateints and peopel with MS should have to suffer.

You must remember that, even if you do get called for jury duty, are selected, and go through the screening process, there's an excellent chance they wont let you on the panel if you test positive for pot. Even if they didnt skip over you for that, Im sure they would throw your papers in the trash because they couldnt get past your name. Im sure youre not the first stoner to think if this. Are you the kid who "sits on Pete's couch for 11 hours"??

I agree with studbolt, you should really learn how to spell, or at least use spell check, man. Stop worrying about pot and get your education b/c you won't have a valid argument unless you can at least spell. There will always be people who want to legalize pot, so you will have more than ample opportunity to address that when you can be at least be considered competent.
