For me, who has a young niece and nephew, as well as 1 brother and 2 sisters, plus Mom, I tend to go more towards bank cards. Most if not all banks offer these gift cards in any denomination, and they can be used anywhere you can use a credit/debit card and ATM. You could even wrap it up in a big box, just to throw them off and make it more fun. This way, they'll be able to get what they want, from wherever they want it. No limitations. You could also take a fav pic of yourself or one with each of them and yourself and get a nice frame to put it in, along with the gift card. Nobody is ever disappointed with these gifts, and there's no returns to worry about. For the 4 year old, I would also add some sort of little toy....maybe even ask what she wants for Christmas or what types of toys she already has that she especially likes. Hope this helps! Merry Christmas!

For a 4 year old girl, get her a doll with long hair, or a playmobil set(there is a cute christmas house made by playmobil you can buy that has figures and furniture for about $30.)
Parents, bottle of wine.
Brother, depends on the age. Age 6, buy him Schliech brand kings and knights figures to play with. I believe target sells them, as well as amazon.com.
Age 5 boy, get him a cool tshirt with glow in the dark bugs or snakes or bats on it. Cabela's sells them online.

go to build-a-bear workshop! a place where the kids get to pick an animal or a disney character and then stuff him with that cotton and then they get to pick the outfit that they want their stuff 'thing' to wear...a great place for 7 year olds and down. But thats only if your town has one...if not then buy them a coloring book....thats a great gift.
