I am willing to travel somewhere in the southern part of the country but I just don't know where. Does anyone have any ideas? I also wouldn't mind seeing snow.

Go to New Orleans and party with them while they celebrate still being there, should be one wild party this year.

If I lived in Florida like you do, I would charter a boat and go out into the ocean with a bunch of friends and shoot fireworks and take along plenty to drink and alot of great food.

Spend your new years eve in church worshiping and praising the Lord. I have spent New Years eve at party's and at time square and nothing compares to bringing in the New Year worshiping the Lord and telling him how thankful you are to see another year.
