I have had centennial ant their service really sucked could never make a call without losing it. I have had Verizon for about 6 years now and they have great service but right at the moment I am pissed at them because i switched to the family share plan and for the second month in a row they have charged minutes for the in calling plan on the second phone last month opened the bill 303 dollars talk about a shocker so after numerous phone calls got that straight tech support supposedly fixed the problem with the phone the woe and behold opened this months bill 218 dollars I called Verizon again and was told they are sorry they have to go through every single call and credit me I told them to remember to remove all the fees that came for charging me for overage that I never did do and the taxes on 218 dollars verses 75. I was told oh we will get back to you in 2 to 4 business days I am not paying that bill because I will never get my money back! Oh and when she getting ready to hang up she said Thank you for being such a loyal customer to Verizon we appreciate our customers I was think yeah right ***** fix my f****** phone bill!
