A blue/grey, or sometimes when I put white clothes in there to dry it is a real light grey, almost white.

Blueis grey. This might be happening because of the color of the soap. Most different brands all use blue soap. If you find a different color soap try using it fro a week or so and see if there's a difference in lint color. Science is fun :)

Always the same grey/blue. Unless of course the only thing in the dryer is a brand new red fleece, then the lint is red.

It's a slightly bluish grey color, but definitely more grey than blue.
