2,000,000,000 = 100 + 100 + 100 + ... + 100 (20 million times).
2,000,000,000 = 100 * 20,000,000

Using the exponent rule:
(a^b)^c = a^(b*c)

And the fact that 10^100 = googol

10^(100 * 20,000,000)
= (10^100)^20,000,000
= googol^20,000,000

So the answer is googol to the 20 millionth power.

There is no actual name for such a number.
One followed by one hundred zeroes is called google. One followed by google zeroes is called googleplex; there are no names for numbers between google and googleplex, there would be too many numbers to name and not enough names to name them all.
(For the record, there are less than google atoms in the universe, so writing googleplex in full -- as one followed by zeroes -- is impossible as it would take more ink than there are atoms in the universe)

That number really doesnt exist as a specific name but the closest would be 2000 duotrigintillion.
