ok i don't really know all that much bout this guy and just want to grab his attention ...... tease him real bad kinda he lives over by our house a few houses behind us. and there is this other guy i like but he is like 12 and i am 13 the guy at church i like has a huge crush on me and his big sis is 15 and thinks we would be great together but i am not allowed to have a boyfriend until i am 16 it stinks i don't want to be too slu**y but just kinda wanna tell them both without sayin it and don't wanna look reall bad and slu**y at church PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

First of all, if you're only 13, you don't need to be TEASING anyone. That puts you right up there with harlots, sluts & whores. Besides, if you're not allowed to date till you're 16 then you may as well forget it. What use is it to get the guy all hot & bothered if he can't take you out!
BTW, its the skanky, slutty, TEASING little b!tches that get guys who are stupid and often end up getting raped. Is this what you want???
Try being nice to him. Say hello. Dress nicely - guys will respond to a girl that respects HERSELF far more quickly than to a sl*t who flaunts her wares for the whole world to see.

there is a few things u can do...it might sound dumb..but i had a guy tell me that he KNEW i liked him bc i did these things without notice..so u might already do this...but all I did was ..i always was looking for him..or should i say looking AT him...and SMILE ...thats a big one...if u seems so happy around him and yur always smiling and looking at him..and u get along ...then he should get the hint!!!
