Yes along with all the other fast food places claiming to be good for you. Sure lets order the side salad with dressing. They add cheese and the dressing is 2 or 2 1/2 servings per package, wheres the heathy part??? I try not to eat out at all, but sometimes you just have to. I used to like KFC, but one day when we ordered chicken, I took it out of the bucket and put it on a plate for everyone and there was a ton of runny grease in the bottom of the bucket, that was my last day ever at KFC.

This is for everyone to ssee how bad they really are for you. Remember if it tastes super good it must be bad.

KFC Famous Bowls: Mashed Potato w/Gravy (720 cal/32 g fat/5 g fiber/81 g carbs)
KFC Famous Bowls: Rice w/Gravy (610 cal/25 g fat/4 g fiber/68 g carbs)
I'm not sure on the trans fat, but this is how it is listed as fat.

Daily fat intake for the average female is about 62 and male is about 80+. This is only an average and each person is different depending on activities and body frame and height. So in the case of the KFC Bowls, this is nearly half the daily recommended fat intake for a female. That doesnt leave room for much dessert or anything else you like to have like chocolate!!!

no people can make their own choices and decisions and I think people should quit telling people what they should or shouldn't eat... it is all in the exercise.... people used to cook with lard back then and they are living in their 100's... why can't our generation do that??? medications being prescribed to cure an illness, but you have to take another one to offset the reactions that one causes and so on... They only gave med's back then when they needed them, they ate what they wanted too... what has happen to our society?
