Fast pitch or slow pitch?

For fast pitch there are many things to consider: Angle of release, the angle your body is at when you release because an off angle makes you miss the target, the grip on the ball to determine the pitch, and quite a few other things.

Slow pitch: Most of the time (depending on league) the ball has to reach six feet in height before dropping, Ball must hit home plate to be considered a strike (some leagues have an area behind the plate it must hit), and that's about it.

Oh, and watch for rockets to the mound.

When I started pitching is was10 years old i started pitching
what i consider is getting a pitching coach and have them take you threw drill
Drills
1.you and a partner are about 6 feet away from each other your partner is in a swat posion and you are dionagal from then. you only use you hand with the ball in your hand and flick if. that will help you hand strenth
2. in the next dril you also need a partner you and you partner are about 10 feet away from each other you speard you arms like a bird and snap when you get to your side

when pitching the ball you must have your feet on the rubber and kick your foot of. you must fallow threw and pitch the ball underhanded
if you need more drills email me at cometsrockoutloud123@yahoo.com
